Concern Home Care Inc. was founded in 2005 by a caring nurse and is located in Jamaica Queens New York.

 

Our Agency staff is comprised of highly qualified Nurses and Paraprofessional home care workers. Our Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides have been trained in programs approved by New York State Department of Health. To ensure that our staff maintains their skills, Concern Home Care provides competency testing annually as well as providing ongoing inservice education programs and on-the-job training.Our nurses are available after office hours, weekends and holidays by calling our telephone number.
